The short version: this site sets no tracking cookies. What little it stores, and which third parties are involved, is explained here in plain language.
What this site stores
yalaspot.com does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is a single local-storage entry, ys-cookie-choice, which remembers whether you accepted or declined the cookie notice so it does not reappear on every visit. It contains no personal information and is never sent to us or to anyone else.
Third-party services
Some assets are delivered by third parties. Our fonts Inter and Newsreader load from the Google Fonts content delivery network, which means your browser requests those files from Google's servers; Google may record technical details of that request, such as your IP address. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure keeps standard server logs for security and reliability. Neither service is used by us to identify or profile visitors.
What accepting or declining changes
Because we currently run no analytics or marketing tools, accepting and declining lead to the same experience today — the choice is simply remembered. If we ever introduce analytics, they will only run for visitors who have accepted, and this page will be updated first.
Managing your choice
To reset or change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser settings (usually under Privacy → Site data) and reload the page; the notice will appear again. You can also browse with local storage disabled — everything on the site works without it.
